A strategy consulting group founded sixteen years ago by a group of experienced partners is approaching Fel for 3 candidates to Dubai.
Candidate profile:
- High level academic background (typically business and/or engineering masters degrees) and good soft skills;
- Fresh graduate or first work experience (0 to 3 years of professional experience in consulting, investment banking, private equity, auditing or marketing);
- Fluent in English, Arabic and French;
- Strong research, analytical and synthesis skills; dynamic and rigorous; autonomous and curious; genuine openness to learn; hard working and team player;
- Good bases in finance and economic modelling (familiar with MS Office software, at least PowerPoint and Excel).
The annual base salary for unexperienced candidates starts at US$45,000. On top of the base, typical performance-based bonus may reach 20% of the base for good performers in the first years. In addition typical benefits are offered on top.
